Due to the perishable nature of our coffee products, we generally do not accept returns on opened coffee bags, brewed beverages, or food items.
Unopened coffee products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
